I never suspected...

...which makes sense when you think about it.

According to the graph above, my IQ is somewhere around 65.

I'm sure that's comforting to "certain people". Hey, whatever makes people feel better about themselves, right? 😜

  1. The chart is badly done.

But to correlate with the numbers, an IQ of 65 would show a new worth below $3,000, and an income below $18,000 a year.

  2. Lose no sleep over it, Kent. You're very smart indeed, and have an amazing way with words.

In any case, there's another way to read that graph. Given that it displays income and net worth in dollar terms, and that a "dollar" is a certain measure of silver weight, no baby boomers have any income at all. Accordingly, they all have an IQ of zero.

Corollary: to raise your IQ, buy silver...

    1. I've done that. And I'm "smart enough" to know to stop accepting FRNs once they become completely worthless and no one will accept them in trade for goods and services. Incredibly I can't make some people understand that it's the same as working for free if that happens-- I've had them respond "but if that's all anyone will pay with, you have to accept it!". Sorry... tangent.
